Getting Started

Getting started is simple:

  1. Sign up or log in - Create your account or sign in if you already have one
  2. Tell us about yourself - Fill in your profile so your team knows who you are
  3. Invite your team - Add people to your account (if you're the admin)
  4. Add your first client - Start by adding someone you work with
  5. Add your products or services - List what you sell or offer
  6. Send your first invoice - Create and send an invoice to get paid

User Roles

We have three simple roles so everyone gets the right level of access:

Admin

You can do everything:

  • Invite and manage team members
  • Change organization settings
  • Access all features and reports

Employee

Perfect for day-to-day work:

  • Add and edit clients, invoices, and projects
  • Track your time
  • View reports
  • Limited settings access

View Only

For people who just need to see what's happening:

  • View clients, invoices, and reports
  • Can't create or change anything
