Overview

The Reports section provides:

  • Financial reports (AR aging, revenue)
  • Inventory reports
  • Timesheet analytics
  • Custom date ranges
  • Export capabilities
  • Visual charts and graphs

Accessing Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports in the sidebar
  2. Select a report type from tabs
  3. Configure filters and date ranges
  4. View results and charts
  5. Export if needed

AR Aging Report

Overview

Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging shows outstanding invoices by age:

  • Current (not yet due)
  • 1-30 days overdue
  • 31-60 days overdue
  • 61-90 days overdue
  • 90+ days overdue

Using the Report

  1. Go to Reports → AR Aging
  2. Select date range (optional)
  3. View aging buckets
  4. See total amounts per bucket
  5. Click invoices to view details

Revenue Analytics

Revenue by Month

View monthly revenue trends:

  • Last 6 months by default
  • Custom date ranges

  • Total revenue per client
  • Number of invoices
  • Average invoice value
  • Client ranking
  • Useful for relationship management

Revenue by Product

Analyze product performance:

  • Revenue per product/service

  • Product profitability

Using Revenue Reports

  1. Go to Reports → Revenue Analytics
  2. Select view (Month, Client, Product)
  3. Set date range
  4. View charts and tables
  5. Export data

Inventory Reports

Stock Levels

View current inventory status:

  • All products with inventory
  • Current quantities
  • Low stock alerts
  • Reorder points
  • Total valuation

Inventory Movements

Track inventory changes:

  • Receipts and sales
