Billing Overview
The Billing page provides a comprehensive view of your subscription, usage statistics, and billing information. Manage your plan, track usage, and understand costs.
Subscription Management
Current Plan
Your active subscription plan determines:
- Monthly base cost
- Included usage limits
- Overage rates
- Available features
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Plan Limits
Each plan includes:
- Conversations per month: Maximum number of conversations across all channels
- Voice minutes: Total voice call minutes included
- SMS, Chat, Email: Unlimited messages (subject to fair use policies)
Subscription Actions
- Manage Billing: Opens Stripe billing portal to update payment method, view invoices, or change subscription settings
- Cancel Subscription: Cancels at the end of current billing period. You retain access until the period ends
- Reactivate Subscription: Restores a cancelled subscription immediately
Usage Tracking
Current Period Usage
Track your usage for the current billing cycle:
- Total Conversations: Count of all conversations this period
- Voice Minutes: Total call minutes used
- SMS Messages: Total SMS messages sent/received
- Emails: Total emails processed
Usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Overage Charges
Additional charges apply when you exceed plan limits:
- Conversation Overage: Charged per conversation over your limit
- Voice Minute Overage: Charged per minute over your limit
Overage is calculated at the end of each billing cycle and added to your next invoice.
Projected Total
Estimated total cost for the current billing period, including:
- Base plan price
- Projected overage charges (based on current usage rate)
Final amount may vary based on actual usage through the end of the period.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can:
- Update payment methods
- View payment history
- Download invoices
- Manage billing settings
All payments are processed automatically on your billing date.
Trial Accounts
Trial accounts have:
- Limited access to features
- Full functionality during trial period
- Automatic conversion to paid plan (if subscribed) or suspension (if not)
Trial data is preserved when you subscribe to a plan.
Invoices
View and download invoices for:
- Monthly subscription charges
- Overage charges
- One-time purchases
- Refunds or credits
Invoices are available in PDF format and can be downloaded at any time.
