Social Media Accounts are your connected social media platform accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Connect your accounts to publish posts, schedule content, and track performance.

What are Accounts?

Accounts represent your actual social media platform accounts:

  • Twitter/X accounts
  • Instagram accounts
  • Facebook pages
  • LinkedIn company pages
  • And other supported platforms

Each account:

  • Belongs to a profile
  • Can publish posts to its platform
  • Has platform-specific settings
  • Tracks individual performance

Connecting Accounts

Supported Platforms

Connect accounts from:

  • Twitter (X)
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest
  • Reddit
  • Bluesky

Connection Process

  1. Select Platform: Choose which platform to connect
  2. Authorize Access: Grant permissions to the platform
  3. Select Profile: Choose which profile this account belongs to
  4. Configure Settings: Set platform-specific options
  5. Verify Connection: Test the connection

Permissions Required

Each platform requires specific permissions:

  • Read Access: View account information and posts
  • Write Access: Create and publish posts
  • Manage Access: Edit and delete posts

Note: Permissions vary by platform. Some platforms may require additional verification.

Viewing Accounts

View all accounts:

  • Filter by profile
  • Filter by platform
  • See connection status
  • View account details

Account Status

Accounts can have different statuses:

  • Connected: Active and ready to use
  • Disconnected: Needs reconnection
  • Error: Connection issue, needs attention
  • Pending: Connection in progress

Editing Accounts

Update account settings:

Disconnecting Accounts

Disconnect accounts when:

Note: Disconnecting doesn't delete posts or data. It only removes the connection.
