Character Limits
Training data has character limits based on your plan:
- Starter Plan: 2,500,000 characters (2.5 million)
- Professional Plan: 10,000,000 characters (10 million)
- Business Plan: 30,000,000 characters (30 million)
What Counts Toward Limits
Character count includes:
- All product descriptions and details
- All document text content
- All website crawled content
- All instruction text
Exceeding Limits
When you exceed your character limit:
- You cannot add new training data
- Existing data remains available
- Upgrade your plan to increase limits
- Delete unused data to free up space
Usage Dashboard
The usage dashboard shows:
- Total characters: Current usage across all data types
- Character limit: Maximum allowed for your plan
- Usage percentage: How much of your limit is used
- Breakdown by type: Characters used per data type
Usage Warnings
You'll see warnings when:
- 80% used: Approaching limit
- 90% used: Close to limit
- 100% used: Limit reached, cannot add more
