Social Profiles

Social Profiles are organizational containers that help you manage multiple social media accounts and posts. Use profiles to group related accounts, organize content, and track performance by brand, department, or campaign.

What are Profiles?

Profiles are logical groupings that contain:

  • Multiple social media accounts
  • Posts associated with those accounts
  • Performance analytics
  • Organizational structure

Think of profiles as folders or categories for your social media presence.

Why Use Profiles?

Profiles help you:

  1. Organize by Brand: Separate main brand from product lines
  2. Organize by Department: Marketing, Sales, Support teams
  3. Organize by Campaign: Specific marketing campaigns or events
  4. Filter Content: Quickly find posts and accounts by profile
  5. Track Performance: Analyze performance by profile
  6. Manage Permissions: Control access by profile (future feature)

Creating Profiles

Profile Settings

When creating a profile, configure:

  • Name: Descriptive name (e.g., "Main Brand", "Product Line A")
  • Description: What this profile is for (optional)
  • Color: Visual identifier for the profile (used in UI)

Best Practice: Use clear, descriptive names that indicate the profile's purpose.

Profile Color

Choose a color to visually identify the profile:

  • Used in profile cards and lists
  • Helps distinguish profiles at a glance
  • Can match brand colors
  • Makes filtering and organization easier
