Social Profiles
Social Profiles are organizational containers that help you manage multiple social media accounts and posts. Use profiles to group related accounts, organize content, and track performance by brand, department, or campaign.
What are Profiles?
Profiles are logical groupings that contain:
- Multiple social media accounts
- Posts associated with those accounts
- Performance analytics
- Organizational structure
Think of profiles as folders or categories for your social media presence.
Why Use Profiles?
Profiles help you:
- Organize by Brand: Separate main brand from product lines
- Organize by Department: Marketing, Sales, Support teams
- Organize by Campaign: Specific marketing campaigns or events
- Filter Content: Quickly find posts and accounts by profile
- Track Performance: Analyze performance by profile
- Manage Permissions: Control access by profile (future feature)
Creating Profiles
Profile Settings
When creating a profile, configure:
- Name: Descriptive name (e.g., "Main Brand", "Product Line A")
- Description: What this profile is for (optional)
- Color: Visual identifier for the profile (used in UI)
Best Practice: Use clear, descriptive names that indicate the profile's purpose.
Profile Color
Choose a color to visually identify the profile:
- Used in profile cards and lists
- Helps distinguish profiles at a glance
- Can match brand colors
- Makes filtering and organization easier
Managing Profiles
Viewing Profiles
The Profiles page shows:
- All your profiles in a grid
- Profile name and description
- Associated account count
- Color identifier
- Quick actions (Edit, Delete, View Accounts)
Editing Profiles
Update profile settings at any time:
- Change name or description
- Update color
- Changes apply immediately
Deleting Profiles
Warning: Deleting a profile also deletes:
- All associated accounts
- All associated posts
- All associated queues
Before Deleting:
- Export any data you need
- Move accounts to another profile if needed
- Ensure you won't need the profile later
Profile Organization
Single Profile Setup
If you have one brand/account:
- Create one profile
- Add all accounts to that profile
- Simple and straightforward
Multiple Profile Setup
If you have multiple brands or departments:
- Create separate profiles for each
- Add relevant accounts to each profile
- Organize posts by profile
- Track performance separately

Adding Accounts to Profiles
When connecting a social media account:
- Select which profile it belongs to
- Account appears in that profile
- Posts from that account are associated with the profile
Moving Accounts
You can move accounts between profiles:
- Edit the account
- Change the profile assignment
- Account and its posts move to new profile

- Post is associated with that profile
- Can be published to accounts in that profile
Filtering Posts
Filter posts by profile to:
- See all posts for a specific profile
- Review content for a brand/department
- Analyze performance by profile

- Clear Naming: Use descriptive names that indicate purpose
