Keeping Your Account Secure
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication makes your account extra secure by requiring a code from your phone in addition to your password:
- Go to Settings → Profile
- Click Enable 2FA (if it's available)
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter a verification code to finish setting it up
Important: Save your backup codes somewhere safe. You'll need them if you lose access to your phone or authenticator app.

Security Tips
- Never share your password - Not with anyone, ever
- Turn on 2FA - It adds an extra layer of protection
- Use a password manager - It makes creating and remembering strong passwords easy
- Watch out for fake emails - We'll never ask for your password in an email
- Tell someone if something seems wrong - Report any suspicious activity to your administrator right away
What You Can Access
What you can do depends on your role:
- Admin - You can do everything
- Employee - You can do day-to-day work, with some settings limited
- View Only - You can see things but can't make changes
If you need different permissions, talk to your administrator.
