Getting Started Overview
Welcome to autoch.at CRM! We're excited to have you here. This guide will help you get everything set up so you can start managing your business more easily.
First Steps
1. Setting Up Your Account
If you're signing up for the first time:
- Sign up - Use your email address to create your account
- Check your email - We'll send you a verification email (check your spam folder if you don't see it)
- Complete your profile - Add your name and any other details you'd like
- Create a password - Choose something secure (at least 6 characters)
If someone invited you to join their team:
- Check your email - Look for an invitation from your team
- Click the link - This will take you to a page where you can accept the invitation
- Set your password - Create a password for your account
- Log in - You're all set!
2. Getting Your Account Ready
Once you log in, you'll see your Dashboard. Here's what to do next:
If You're an Administrator
- Set up your organization - Go to Tenant Management to add your company details
- Invite your team - Add the people you work with
- Connect other tools - If you use other apps, you can connect them in Settings → Integrations
- Adjust your preferences - Set up how you want to be notified and other settings
For Everyone
- Take a look around - Check out your Dashboard to see what's there
- Fill in your profile - Go to Settings → Profile to add your information
- Make it yours - Turn on dark mode if you like, adjust notifications, and set your email preferences
3. Add Your First Information
Now let's add the basics:
- Add a client - Go to Clients and click "Add New Client"
- Add what you sell - Go to Products & Services and add your products or services
- Create your first invoice - Head to Invoices and create one for a client
Getting to Know the Interface
The Sidebar (Left Side)
Everything you need is in the sidebar on the left:
- Click any item to go to that section
- Icons help you find what you're looking for
- The section you're currently in is highlighted
The Top Bar
At the top of the page you'll find:
- Logo - Click it to go back to your Dashboard
- Search - Press
Ctrl+K(orCmd+Kon Mac) to search for anything - Notifications - The bell icon shows you what's new
- Dark/Light Mode - Switch between themes
- Your Profile - Click your name to see your profile or sign out
Your Dashboard
Your Dashboard shows you:
- The big numbers - How many clients you have, products, invoices, and revenue
- Charts - See how your revenue is trending and what your invoices look like
- Quick actions - Shortcuts to things you do often
- Alerts - Important things that need your attention (like overdue invoices)

Ctrl+K/Cmd+K- Open search (works from anywhere!)Esc- Close pop-ups and dialogsTab- Move between form fields
