Interpreting Analytics

High Engagement Posts

Look for posts with:

  • Multiple comments
  • High click-through rate

Action: Create similar content or repost successful content.

Low Performance Posts

Identify posts with:

Platform Performance

Compare platforms:

  • What days/times perform best?

Action: Adjust posting schedule based on trends.

Best Practices

  1. Regular Review: Check analytics weekly or monthly
  2. Compare Periods: Compare current period to previous periods
  3. Identify Patterns: Look for what works consistently
  4. Test and Iterate: Use insights to improve content
  5. Export Regularly: Keep historical data for long-term analysis
